Installing the app
Where do I find the download link?
Use the link provided by your clinic. If you do not have it, ask your clinic to send it again.
Which iPhones are supported?
Review note: supported models and the minimum iOS version still need developer confirmation. Please check with support before choosing a device for the app.
Is there an Android version?
These instructions are for iPhone. An Android version is planned for the future; no release date is listed here.
Do I need an account?
No account or sign-in is required inside Coral Quest. Downloading from the App Store may require Apple Account authentication or caregiver approval.
Camera & calibration
Why does the app use the camera?
With camera tracking enabled, the iPhone’s front-facing camera helps the diver follow your movements. Camera tracking is optional; follow your clinic’s instructions for which mode to use.
I declined camera access. What should I do?
Open your iPhone’s Settings and find the camera permission for Coral Quest. Enable it, then return to the app and check Enable Camera Tracking in the app’s Settings.
Why isn’t the diver following me?
Check camera permission and Enable Camera Tracking. Make sure the front-facing camera faces you, the space is well lit, and your whole body is visible. Complete the calibration step before starting.
Why won’t calibration finish?
Stand approximately 5–7 feet from the phone with your whole body in view. Hold both arms out slightly above shoulder height and wait for the green line to fill. Adjust phone placement or lighting if needed.
Can I turn tracking off?
Yes. With tracking off, the diver demonstrates the movements, but your movements are not tracked. Ask your clinic which mode fits your plan.
Activities & sound
Which activities should I choose?
Select the activities and order your therapist assigned. Your clinic can answer questions about the movements, equipment, assistance, and practice schedule.
How do I bring the tutorials back?
Open the app’s Settings and leave Skip Tutorials off before starting your next session.
How do I adjust the sound?
Check the iPhone’s volume and the Music volume and Voice volume controls in the app’s Settings. If you use a TV or another audio device, check its volume too.
What if the app closes or gets stuck?
Close and reopen the app, then try again. If the issue continues, email technical support with the activity name, iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and what happened.
Reports & clinic visits
Where are my reports stored?
Reports are currently stored on the iPhone used for practice.
How does my therapist see my results?
Bring that iPhone to your next clinic visit. Your therapist will review the reports on the phone and record your results.
Should I email a report to technical support?
Please do not send reports, patient photos, or medical information to technical support. Your clinic handles questions about your results and treatment.
What happens if I delete the app or change phones?
Review note: deletion, backup, and transfer behavior still needs developer confirmation. Ask support before removing the app or changing devices if you need to keep reports.
